At Dallas Light Bulb our goal is to get you the right product when you need it. If you ordered an item incorrectly, received an incorrect item due to a warehouse error, or the product has been damaged during shipment, you can return the product. We will make sure you get exactly what you need. For our full policy on returns and exchanges, read below.
Return and Restocking Policy
Dallas Light Bulb has complete confidence in our products. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items that were not a result of product error and or shipping error. Dallas Light Bulb will issue a refund, replacement part, or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You must notify us within 5 days after your original purchase. Refunds will be made by the original method of payment. All fixtures, special order items, non-stock items, custom items, and specialty items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. All returns must arrive in the original packaging and all freight charges, whether it’s the original shipping or the return shipping are non-refundable.
There are exceptions to our return policy including, but not limited to, specialty ordered products, orders outside the continental U.S., and shipments delivered via common carrier. Call 972-241-2852 to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization before returning any product. Dallas Light Bulb reserves the right to limit the number of delivery attempts based on unfavorable delivery history resulting from, but not limited to, damage, loss or theft.
Incorrect and Damaged Shipments
Dallas Light Bulb will, at our discretion, replace, substitute with an equal product, or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items. Please note any obvious damage, shortage, or incorrectly shipped item when signing for the shipment at the time of delivery. All non-damaged orders in which Dallas Light Bulb made an error will be refunded in full. All damages and insurance need to be reported directly to the carrier. Dallas Light Bulb will not insure any orders unless otherwise specified by the customer at the original time of order. Additional insurance or handling may result in extra fees or charges to the customer.
